USAGE TIPS
Usage
Our knives are designed for slicing fruits, vegetables, and boneless cuts of meat, using a downward cutting motion.
Use your knife on a plastic or wooden cutting board.
Avoid dropping your knife on hard surfaces, do not use the tip as a pivot, and do not apply twisting force or significant impacts.
Cleaning
Wash your knife with water and dish soap.
Storage
Store your knife in a knife block or on a tray, keeping it protected with the blade guard and/or in its sheath. It is not recommended to store it loose in a drawer, as it could be damaged or cause injuries.
Maintenance
Ceramic knives, especially High Impact Ceramic (HIC) knives, are designed to last much longer than steel knives. The advantage of ceramic is that even if micro-chips appear on the cutting edge, your knife still cuts well.
However, if you wish to keep it very sharp, you can send it back to our factory, and we will resharpen it (prices and conditions available upon request at contact@rahven.store).
We disclaim all responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from improper use.
Thank you for choosing Rahven, and we wish you much enjoyment with this exceptional tool.
